Pursuing our dreams at any age brings greater joy, meaning, and balance into our lives.

As a Certified Life Coach, Reconnective Healing Practitioner®, podcaster and author with over 30 years of experience, I am passionate about supporting women in the third phase of life who feel called to follow their dreams and create positive, meaningful change. My work focuses on helping women cultivate greater health, happiness, and balance in their lives.

As a seasoned solo traveler, I also guide women who dream of exploring the world but may feel hesitant to do so on their own. For those considering a bigger life change, such as moving abroad, I offer support drawn from my own experience of relocating to Italy independently at the age of 64.

For those navigating loss, having experienced the passing of my son last year has deepened my understanding of grief in ways only lived experience can bring. Drawing on both my personal and professional journey, I offer compassionate support, gently walking alongside you as you learn to live on, rather than move on, with greater balance, meaning, and inner peace.

Reconnective Healing®

As a Reconnective Healing Practitioner®, I offer in-person sessions in Trieste, Italy, as well as distance sessions via Zoom.

Reconnective Healing® works with a comprehensive spectrum of vibrational frequencies to support healing and restore balance on all levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

After experiencing prolonged fatigue following my father’s passing, and finding little relief through other modalities, I was introduced to Reconnective Healing® by my physician. After just two sessions, I noticed a profound shift—my energy was completely restored and my sleep began to improve. Inspired by these results, I trained as a practitioner shortly thereafter to share this work with others.

While results cannot be guaranteed, clients have reported improved sleep, increased energy, enhanced mood, relief from discomfort, and meaningful synchronicities that bring greater ease and joy into their lives.

Podcasts & Teaching

As a teacher on Insight Timer, I share podcasts focused on personal and spiritual growth, offering practical tools to support living with greater ease and grace.

Series include 30 Days of Gratitude to Inspire and Uplift You, the Just for Today series (inspired by the Al-Anon bookmark), Messages from the Divine, and reflections on grief and healing, among many other topics. You will also find my Live Events; all freely offered.
